Background:

I have been involved in education for over 25 years with a variety of roles and responsibilities including Special Needs Assistant, Specialist School team member and more recently as Learning Resource Centre Manager and Careers Coordinator. Outside of school I am a judge for the Education Resource Awards and BETT Awards.

What I bring to the Governing Body:

My knowledge and experience of a range of educational issues acquired through the various roles I have undertaken and through my work with the BESA, the British Education Suppliers Association, enables me to make an informed contribution to the Governing Body.

Other interests:

Family history research, collecting Susie Cooper porcelain, travelling, particularly France.  I am also a volunteer at The Household Cavalry Archive and Museum in Windsor.
